Lemon

Lemons are used all over the world for the acidic and flavorful qualities in culinary, and antiseptic properties. Lemons, like all other citrus trees, are a hybridized descendant of a tree called Citron originating from Africa with fragrant wood and similar citrus like fruits. Aromatically, Lemon Essential Oil is used to uplift and stabilize mood when atomized in the air and inhaled. Lemons are extremely high in the terpene Limonene, sustaining their zesty citrus fragrance.

Sweet Orange

Oranges are used all over the world for the acidic and flavorful qualities in culinary, antiseptic properties in industrial cleaners, and for their delicious juice.  Sweet Oranges are a hybrid of Mandarins and Pomelo, and represent over 90% of the oranges distributed globally. Sweet Orange Oil is used aromatically to combat anxiety and depression.  It is generally composed of about 90% d-Limonene, which is responsible for its potent citrus fragrance.

Grapefruit

Grapefruit is an astringent, balancing, and uplifting essential oil made from cold pressed rinds of grapefruits.  Grapefruit is a citrus derivative of Pomelo, which comes originally from Barbados.  It is used to combat depression and anxiety in Aromatherapy.  It is primarily composed of the terpene Limonene, with minor occurrences of other terpenoids such as β-Pinene, Linalool, and α-terpinene.

Fragrance

Grapefruit Essential Oil’s Fragrance is sweet and zesty, citrusy and turpentine.

Directions for Use

Bath & Shower: Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into a steamy shower before entering to promote deeper and fuller breathing.

Massage: 8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to desired areas, such as your muscles and joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.

Inhalation: Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its spicy and purifying ambience.

Home Brewed Perfumery: These Essential Oils can be used in your homemade products, such as candles, soaps, and body care products.
