Osha Root Essential Oil is extremely rare, as it is in extremely limited availability.  To ensure conservation and practice sustainability, we limit our yields annually and we rotationally harvest to ensure we are not negatively impacting Osha Flower populations. The root contains bronchodilation inducing, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal compounds.   Traditionally, it is revered as a sacred plant and was used by the indigenous as a remedy for respiratory ailments, for exorcising negativize entities, infused into honey, as well as it was placed by babies cribs to “clean” the air the baby is breathing.  Osha Root Essential Oil is a complex powerhouse of sabinyl acetate, Z-ligustilide, Z-3-butylidenephthalide, and sabinol. 

Fragrance 

Osha Root Essential Oil’s fragrance has an earthy pungent aroma, with wisps of capsicum, sweet undertones of licorice, and a penetrating camphoraceous essence. 

Directions for Use 

Bath & Shower: Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into a steamy shower before entering to revitalize your shower ambience with a warm, woodsy, and clarifying atmosphere. 

Thrush & Infections: Using Osha Root Essential Oil may help relieve infections topically and thrush-like conditions. 

Inhalation: Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to disinfect and invigorate your atmosphere with a savory and clarifying aroma.
