Wintergreen Essential Oil is derived from the berries of a tree native to colder portions of North America. It is an interesting extract because winterberries by themselves do not retain the winter-fresh mentholated spirit of wintergreen essential oil, until they are placed in warm water and certain native enzymes in the plant produce its aroma in the form of Methyl Salicylate. It has been used traditionally externally for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Directions for Use
Joints & Muscles: Massage the diluted extract of our Wintergreen Essential Oil to combat joint pain, swelling, pain, cramps, sprains, and sore muscles.
Stimulate Proper Digestion: Wintergreen Essential Oil may have carminative properties that support digestion and provide relief from flatulence, stomach ache, and other digestive problems when applied diluted topically to the abdomen.
Home Brewed Perfumery: Wintergreen Essential Oil can be used in your homemade products, such as candles, soaps, and body care products.
